About Me
I’m a passionate STOTT-trained Pilates instructor with a background in acting and Musical Theatre, where I first discovered the power of mindful movement. Originally from Hungary, I found Pilates more than ten years ago while recovering from multiple injuries. I didn’t realise it at the time, but learning to listen to my body and trust what it was telling me grew into a lifelong practice and a career rooted in strength, resilience, and body awareness. Attending classes at New Energy Yoga over the past few years inspired me to become an instructor and, eventually, to teach in the very place where I rediscovered my love for Pilates.
My own healing journey shapes the way I teach. I aim to create a welcoming, supportive space where every client feels seen, encouraged, and empowered to reconnect with their body. In my mixed-ability classes we focus on alignment, balance, and functional strength, so you leave feeling stronger, more centred, and proud of what your body can do.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of level, and I always offer modifications from absolute beginner to intermediate level to ensure you feel safe, confident, and challenged in the right way. I am so excited to move with you soon!
