Pilates Classes

“You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.”

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a structured exercise system that focuses on strengthening the body, whilst maintaining flexibility and ease. This practice that aims to improve the core and back muscles to build a strong foundation that will centre and balance the body long term.

You will focus on small movements that work to stabilise and strengthen the body, and uses the breath as a tool to support the contraction and release of muscles. This helps develop that mind-body connection that is vital to both Pilates, and Yoga.

Would it be right for me?

Pilates caters to everyone, no matter their age or fitness level. It is a low-impact form of exercise that is designed for longevity, and can be done safely by all.
