Yoga Classes

“Yoga is the ultimate practice. It simultaneously stimulates our inner light and quiets our overactive minds. It is both energy and rest. Yin and Yang. We feel the burn and find our bliss.”

What is Yoga?

A Yoga class involves a series of poses and breathing exercises. These poses help to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mental well-being. There are many different styles of yoga but they all share the goal of improving your overall well-being.

Range of styles offering something for everyone. Hatha and Vinyasa are more dynamic. Gentler classes for a deeper stretch such as Yin, and relaxing healing experiences such as Restorative and Nidra.

Would it be right for me?

You don't need to be fit or flexible to start Yoga. Yoga is for everyone and every body. Our classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.

There's no wrong place to start but we generally recommend a Hatha class for beginners for a slower, well-rounded introduction to Yoga.

If you are looking for a more relaxing and meditative experience, you will enjoy a Restorative or Yin class.
