Movement has always been a huge part of my life — from skiing at speed to the control of Pilates, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how the body moves and recovers.
As a qualified sports massage therapist and Pilates instructor, I’m passionate about helping people reduce pain, move better, and feel their best. I offer a range of treatments from deep tissue work to more gentle, relaxing massage, as well as maintenance sessions for any normal aches and pains, to keep you feeling your best.
