About Me

Hi, I’m Ewa (Eva) – and yoga has been one of the greatest loves of my life.

I first fell in love with yoga in my early twenties and it has been a massive part of my life ever since. What began as a personal practice soon grew into a path of deeper exploration, eventually leading me to complete my teacher training in beautiful Rishikesh, in the very heartland where yoga was born, at the foothills of the Himalayas.

Beyond yoga, I am also a psychologist and a trainee psychotherapist. My teaching is deeply psychology-informed, blending mindful movement with an understanding of how our bodies and minds are intimately connected. In my classes, we look after the physical body while gently supporting mental wellbeing — creating space to breathe, feel, strengthen and soften.

When I’m not on the mat or in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me travelling — or exploring the South Coast of the UK on long hikes with my partner — another one of my great passions.

I live by my dad’s motto, who simply says, “Adventure!” — even (and especially) when things don’t go exactly as planned. Just like in yoga, when we wobble or lose balance, we return to our breath, soften into a smile and begin again.
