Our friendly host will make you feel at home and show you where to find the changing rooms and lockers.

Help yourself to the tea, water and refreshments on-hand and settle in with the group for a chance to unwind before the class begins.

Solar Studio

Solar Studio

Bright and uplifting, our Solar Studio is an invigorating traditional studio space, which is illuminated by the natural light of the sun.

With large windows and high ceilings, you can sense the lightness of the space as it opens up around you.

The beautiful natural bamboo flooring offers a feeling of life and energy as you move through your practice.


Lunar Studio

Lunar Studio

Dark, warm and cosy, our Lunar Studio transports you into a hypnotic state of mind, as you feel your worries melt away.

Deep spiritual, relaxing and meditative class experiences contrast with the tribal and energetic powerful styles to offer every type of escape.

Infra-red panels heat the air, enveloping and cocooning you in a dry warmth, in tandem with our 'pure air’ filtration system to create a beautifully fresh environment.


FAQs

The closest car park is St Peters, located a 2 minute walk away at the end of Parchment Street.

The cheapest car park is River Park, which is also free after 5pm and is located behind St Peters and approximately a 6 minute walk from the studio.

Please bring a water bottle and you may wish to bring a sweat towel (mandatory for hot classes). Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

We have a no mobile phone policy in class and we remove shoes before entering the main studio. Barefoot is best but you are welcome to wear socks.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your class starts, to settle in and get comfortable.

Our host will greet you and show you where everything is.

We recommend something loose-fitting and comfortable, that you can move freely in.

Yes, we have dedicated changing rooms with lockers, showers, and amenities.

This is a very friendly, warm and welcoming studio. Nothing was too much trouble , and both my wife ( an enthusiastic yoga practitioner) and myself ( a stiff novice) have thoroughly enjoyed it. The instructors are excellent- knowledgeable and careful-. The atmosphere is relaxing. In short , nothing was too much trouble , there are a variety of classes taken by knowledgeable instructors, and the atmosphere is very very welcoming. I would highly recommend it.

All details have been accounted for to make people feel welcome from the tea and lemon water in the waiting area to the accessible toilets and changing area and with the providing of mats and other yoga accessories. Classes are also affordable priced. I’m very impressed and plan to keep going back.

At 54, I was a little nervous to try something new, but even after just a few sessions, I’m already starting to feel the benefits particularly in terms of strength and mobility. The studio itself has a wonderfully calming atmosphere, and everyone I've met, both staff and fellow class members has been warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’m so grateful my sister treated me to the six-class starter pack, it’s one of the best gifts I’ve received. I’m really looking forward to continuing my Pilates journey here!

I wanted to try yoga but was worried I wouldn’t fit in. Having tried both beginners yoga and stiff girl yoga I can say I needn’t have worried. The staff at new energy yoga are friendly and patient. You don’t need to wear expensive yoga clothes or be really flexible, at least in these classes. Very glad I gave yoga a try.
