My yoga journey began back in 2013, initially integrating it with various other sports that I was passionate about. By 2014, I felt a calling to deepen my practice and share its benefits with others, leading me to become a certified yoga teacher.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to understanding the anatomy of the body and the unique ways in which each individual engages with their practice. This knowledge allows me to tailor each session, to draw out the best in every student ensuring a personalised and enriching experience every time that we step onto the mat.
