About Me
I came to Pilates more than 10 years ago, when trying to find a form of movement that felt challenging and strengthening, whilst also deepening my connection with my body. I am passionate about using movement as medicine, and love how Pilates leaves you feeling stronger and calmer in both the mind and body.
Everybody is welcome in my classes, whether you have a strong movement practice already, or are just starting out. I am trained to work with all ages and bodies, including Perinatal clients. My favourite part of teaching is the community you build. Every client and instructor I meet becomes part of my Pilates family. Being able to help people discover their own mental and physical strength is the most rewarding part of what I do.
Away from the mat you will usually find me outdoors – I especially love long walks in the New Forest with my dog, or wild swimming. My family are Australian – the ocean has always been my second home! Whether you are new to Pilates, or expanding your practice, my sessions will leave you feeling stronger, more aligned, and fully energised. I can’t wait to see you on the mat!
