About Me
My journey to yoga found me as a teenager curious about the way I move through the world- arriving for the first time in a moment of pause, connection and alignment. This is how I shape each of my yoga classes today, using breath led movement as a tool to turn inward, cultivating more presence and awareness- taking what we learn on the mat out into daily life.
Moving to India to study yoga a decade ago paved the path to run holistic retreats in Austria, work at the Sivanandan Ashram in the Bahamas, manage a start up studio in London & teach at Cornell Universty in New York. As life has evolved, so has my practice, I trained in prenatal, postnatal and mum and baby yoga as I entered my own journey in to motherhood, enabling me to welcome women in all seasons of life to the mat. I also facilitate women’s circles and womb healing workshops.
