Yoga has the power to provide feelings of grounding and calm. I found yoga when recovering from a bad back injury a decade ago and haven't looked back since. It makes me feel free, alive and at peace. Whenever the world starts to feel too much, I always find my way to my yoga mat.
I completed my 200hr Yoga teacher training in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, between the jungle and the ocean. Leaning into the vibrations of nature has always been so important to me in my practice.
Each practice, I connect with asana, pranayama and meditation, allowing a strong mind, body, breath connection that creates those wonderful feelings of strength and empowerment.
I believe that Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, mobility, injury or flexibility. My class is an inclusive and positive space and you will soon be surpassing expectations of how you can move and what your body can do.
