Exercise has always been a central part of my life; dancing, swimming, running and cycling. But then I developed a love for Pilates and Yoga.
Combined they are a true mind, body and spirit approach to movement, which focuses on strengthening your core powerhouse muscles, building lean muscle tone, providing a remedy for injuries or poor postural habits. They also provide a time to simply breathe, relax and escape.
Sharing my knowledge and making others feel great has become my passion <3
