Join us for a deeply nurturing Heart chakra (Anahata) mindfulness workshop, designed to foster self-compassion and emotional balance for everyone.

This inclusive session on February 14th gently guides you through heart-centered practices, honouring all personal experiences without any romantic expectations.

Experience 90 minutes of embodied heart-opening practices, including somatic movements to release stored tension, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping tailored for the heart chakra, breath work to cultivate inner peace, and restorative yoga poses for profound relaxation.

Conclude with a soothing Yoga Nidra meditation, allowing deep restoration and heart-centered renewal in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

Workshop and event bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer make it, and you let us know with at least 48 hours notice, we will credit you by way of an account balance that you can use towards future purchases or bookings.

You may wish to bring a bottle of water with you. Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

We have a no mobile phone policy in class and we remove shoes before entering the main studio. Barefoot is best but you are welcome to wear socks.

As a holistic wellness practitioner, Sophie is recognised for her ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding clients toward sustainable relaxation and mental clarity - both in the present and as a foundation for future growth.

Her coaching is grounded in a passion for understanding how the mind and body interact, emphasising how the links between mind–body connections and neuropsychology supports deep, sustainable mental well-being.
