This inclusive session guides you softly through Manipura-focused practices; harnessing mid-springs renewal energy, the waning Aquarius Moon's release of self-doubt, and Aries seasons motivating spark to help you step into your power with ease.

Workshop Structure

Experience 90min of approachable embodied practices:

  • Simple somatic core activations to quietly spark motivation.
  • Breath work for steady, calm power.
  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping sequences tailored for Solar Plexus.
  • Yoga Asanas using twists to ease self-doubt and old habits and Warrior 1 (with props) to build resilient energy.
  • Conclude with a soothing 30 minute Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) sinking into Manipura's warm yellow light for deep self-trust, integration, and profound relaxation in a supportive, non-judgemental space.

Workshop and event bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer make it, and you let us know with at least 48 hours notice, we will credit you by way of an account balance that you can use towards future purchases or bookings.

You may wish to bring a bottle of water with you. Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

We have a no mobile phone policy in class and we remove shoes before entering the main studio. Barefoot is best but you are welcome to wear socks.

As a holistic wellness practitioner, Sophie is recognised for her ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding clients toward sustainable relaxation and mental clarity - both in the present and as a foundation for future growth.

Her coaching is grounded in a passion for understanding how the mind and body interact, emphasising how the links between mind–body connections and neuropsychology supports deep, sustainable mental well-being.
