Liquid Body

with Natalie Allen

Description

Join Natalie for a journey inward, into the body's inner waters.

This workshop is an invitation to explore movement in a fluid, free-flowing way, like water: soft, strong, and endlessly adaptable. We'll attune to the subtle tides within, following sensation.

Through embodied flow, mindful transitions, and somatic exploration, we'll dissolve rigidity and invite ease. Guided by breath and inner listening, the body becomes a living current rather than a fixed shape.

Expect slow-building, rhythmic movement that guides you into a flow state. You'll have space to move intuitively, explore the edges of poses, and release attachment to alignment as you flow into freedom.

We'll close by dropping into restorative rest, reflection, and stillness.

This is a space to soften effort, build trust, and rediscover the pleasure of moving without force.

Come as you are.

Not suitable during pregnancy.

Teacher

My yoga journey began whilst I was travelling through India; the birth place of yoga, I was curious to what all the fuss was about and took my first ever class on a rooftop in Rajasthan.

Movement has always been a big part of my life, however yoga had me hooked from the positive effects it had on both my mind and body on and off the mat.

As I dived deeper into my yoga practice I started noticing small changes within myself... how yoga made me feel, how my perspective changed towards situations and how it set me up to make the most of my day ahead.

I decided to revisit India to complete my first Yoga training, and since taken a second training in the Magical place of Bali.

Yoga has taught me so much and I aim to share and help others experience the benefits and blissfulness that yoga has to offer.

My classes will focus on creating a deep inner awareness as we move through a fun, fluid, creative flow. Allowing you to fully embody the movement and stay present throughout.
