Description
There is a magic that happens when we show up, breathe, and come back to ourselves.
PSY SOMA Breathwork is an energy-shifting, heart-opening and mind-expanding guided breathwork experience - a journey inward that bridges the mind and the body and invites you into direct, felt experience. Using conscious, mouth-led breathing, passionately curated music soundscapes, movement, and nervous system integration, this practice creates space for old stories, limiting beliefs, and tension to melt away, emotions to move, and the essence and intelligence of the body to come alive.
PSY refers to the psyche - the mind.
SOMA refers to the body.
PSY SOMA is a mind-body methodology rooted in neuroscience and somatic practices, designed to support emotional processing, embodiment, and greater self-leadership through the breath.
Each journey is completely unique. You may move through waves of emotion - tears, laughter, insight, or creative expansion. Some experiences touch the mystical, spiritual, or shamanic; others unfold as deep rest, stillness, or meditation in the body. Often, it's a combination. Sometimes it's something entirely unexpected.
This work is less about expectation and more about intention. PSY SOMA Breathwork is a practice of learning to befriend the body and trust what arises. When we allow ourselves to feel more fully, we begin to see and experience life through a different lens - with greater clarity, confidence, choice, and aliveness.
Some describe this work as profound, beautiful, even life-changing - a powerful reminder of the vitality and wholeness that already live beneath the surface, waiting to be met with curiosity.
This workshop is open to anyone curious about breathwork as a deeply experiential and embodied process. If you're ready to step out of the noise of the mind, reconnect with your life force energy, and explore what becomes possible when you let the breath lead, come and join Suki for a PSY SOMA Breathwork journey - guided with intention and held within a richly immersive, eclectic soundscape.
The session closes with a period of deep rest and integration, followed by a sharing circle and optional Qandamp;A.
No prior experience required - just curiosity and an open heart.
