Melt Into Stillness

with Deborah Wilks

Description

As one month fades into the next, gift yourself two sacred hours of stillness a time to let go of what's been, and soften into what's ahead.

By candlelight and calm, we'll journey through a slow and deeply restorative sequence of Yin and Restorative postures, long, supported holds, and gentle breath work.

Each shape is an invitation to surrender, to soften into the spaces where the body holds on, and where the mind learns to release.

Expect a nurturing blend of:

  • Gentle Yin stretches targeting connective tissue and fascia.
  • Restorative postures supported by bolsters, blankets, and props.
  • Guided meditation, mindful breath, and moments of silence.
  • Soft sound or music to hold you in stillness.

The atmosphere is cosy and unhurried, perfect for Sunday evenings when the week feels heavy and the heart craves ease.

You will leave grounded, clear, and rested, ready to move into the new week with calm intention.
