This workshop is an invitation to return to yourself, beyond the thinking mind, through somatic movement, self-inquiry, embodied yoga flow, Restorative rest andamp; reflection.
Together, we will move through a carefully held journey designed to awaken presence, deepen awareness, and restore the connection between body, heart, and breath.
Understanding yoga as a tool for embodiment, not just a practice of movement, but a full-body, lived experience; we'll explore how movement, sensation, and stillness can support us in coming home to the richness of the present moment.
This workshop offers space for deep listening, gentle transformation, and reconnection with your inner world. Expect slow building, rhythmic movement that guides you into a flow state. You will have space to move intuitively, explore the edges of poses, and let go of alignment, flowing into freedom.
