Join Jade for a two hour fusion of Yoga, Pilates and Restore.

A fun, dynamic practice with elements of Yin and Restorative Yoga with delicious blends of essential oils.

Yogalates is the perfect blend of Yoga, focusing on the mind and body awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, connected with Pilates techniques to improve posture and create a strong, stable foundation for movement.

This workshop harnesses the mental and physical benefits of the two practices together using various props to either challenge the body or soften and melt into a pose.

Adjustments and modifications will be offered throughout.

You will leave the workshop feeling energised, aligned and restored.

The practice is for all abilities and the perfect gift to yourself or friends for an extended practice and time to restore the mind and body after.

Not suitable during pregnancy.


FAQs

Workshop and event bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer make it, and you let us know with at least 48 hours notice, we will credit you by way of an account balance that you can use towards future purchases or bookings.

You may wish to bring a bottle of water with you. Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

We have a no mobile phone policy in class and we remove shoes before entering the main studio. Barefoot is best but you are welcome to wear socks.

Teacher What does Yoga mean to you?

Yoga has become a HUGE part of my life. Between the crazy life stresses and competitiveness of the acting industry it allows me to slow down and focus even when I feel rubbish I jump on the mat and know I will feel better after a wiggle and a flow!

How would you describe your style of Yoga?

Fun, fast, flowing… all the F’s? It is also energetic, challenging and just requires you to be in your body!

What is your favourite Yoga pose and why?

Depends on the day and the time of day! I love a headstand as it requires focus, strength and belief you won’t break anything! But I also love a twist … seated twists are my favourite.

An interesting/quirky fact about yourself and your experience?

I fell out of a peacock pose 2 years ago and haven’t tried it since… google it if you don’t know the pose!!

A quote that means something to you?

"No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, show up and never give up" - (You don’t have to dress up to do yoga!!) But I love this quote as I doesn’t just apply to yoga it applies to everyday life too.. & what we learn on the mat we take into our lives :)
