Join Liz - to reconnect with your body's deepest muscles in this restorative Pilates class, designed to bring better awareness to your pelvic floor. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and precise muscle activation, you will focus on engaging your pelvic floor effectively.

This class blends an hour of traditional mat Pilates with targeted pelvic floor techniques and awareness followed by a 20 minute break for questions

The final 40 minutes will focus on pelvic floor release and a mindful meditation.

Perfect for anyone wanting to take time to focus on their core awareness, address pelvic floor issues, or prevent future issues.

Women of all ages, postpartum participants (with medical clearance), and anyone interested in building pelvic health and body confidence from the inside out. This session is not suitable for pregnancy. You will need to be able to get on and off the floor and exercise comfortably for an hour.

This class is educational, supportive, and guided with options, prior Pilates experience isn't needed.

To emphasise is not suitable during pregnancy.

Workshop and event bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer make it, and you let us know with at least 48 hours notice, we will credit you by way of an account balance that you can use towards future purchases or bookings.

You may wish to bring a bottle of water with you. Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

We have a no mobile phone policy in class and we remove shoes before entering the main studio. Barefoot is best but you are welcome to wear socks.

Meet Liz

Teacher

Passionate about Women's Health and exercise, Liz is a physiotherapist offering Physiotherapy and Pilates to women through Pregnancy and the Postnatal period.

She specialises in Ante and Postnatal health realising there is so much more to offer women at this vulnerable time. Qualified to assess and diagnose, Liz will provide you with hands on treatment, exercise and practical advice. Whether it be pregnancy related pain or concerns about your pelvic floor, Liz is the ideal person to see.

Registered with the Health Professional Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Liz has an MSc in Pain and continues to develop her clinical skills through a robust portfolio of postgraduate training. Liz is also a certified Stott Pilates instructor.

When she's not working she can usually be experimenting in the kitchen with her 2 children, practicing pilates or running in the local countryside. Liz has just run the London Marathon for the charity 'Wellbeing of Women'.
