Introduction To Kundalini Yoga

with Laura Coleman

Description

This 2-hour workshop offers an accessible, grounded introduction to a practice designed to awaken your energy, strengthen resilience, and create space for deeper clarity and focus. You will leave with a profound embodied experience of how yourenergy moves and your innate ability to influence it, knowledge that can create lasting shifts in your daily life.

Kundalini Yoga is often called the 'yoga of awareness' because it addresses both body and mind.

On a physical level, it works with the body's systems to shift stagnant energy and restore flow. Mentally and emotionally, it supports the release of old patterns of thought and behaviour, creating space for you to reconnect with your own natural radiance, insight, and sense of inner knowing.

You will be guided through intentional sequences (known as kriya, or "complete action") blending breath, movement and stillness in precise ways to help release tension and create systematic shifts that elevate your energy and awareness.

No experience is needed. You will be guided through this practice in a way that is grounded, practical, and designed to fit the reality of modern life.
