Your vagus nerve is the key to shifting out of that pattern-it's the main nerve of your parasympathetic ("rest and digest") nervous system, and when it's activated, you feel grounded, calm, and able to bounce back from life's challenges.
In this gentle yet powerful 2 hour workshop, you will discover how to activate your vagus nerve through yoga movement, breath work, and somatic practices; all in a warm, welcoming space where you can truly relax and be present. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this workshop is designed for every body and all levels.
