CONNECTION: Sacred Women’s Circle

Also , CONNECTION in capitals with underneath the words in normal print Sacred Women's Circle

In ancient times, women gathered in circles as a sacred ritual- to share, to grieve, to celebrate and to simply be with one another.

These gatherings were once central to village life, offering a rhythm of support, wisdom and shared presence. Over time, we lost this way of being and with it, something essential.....connection.

Today, many women feel isolated, over stimulated and unseen. Our nervous systems are overwhelmed by doing and undernourished by being. The truth is , we are not meant to do this alone. We are biologically wired for connection. To feel safe in our bodies through the calming presence of each other. To co-regulate through sisterhood, shared stories, laughter and stillness.

The circle is a space to remember. To return. To exhale.

Together, we will explore what it means to be deeply connected to ourselves, to each other and to the timeless and ancient bond that runs through us all.

Through soft, somatic movement , sharing, meditation, bonding rituals and soothing sound healing, we heal the sister wound, re-claim the village and rebuild what was once lost - for ourselves and for the women yet to come.
