Yoga Nidra is a deep and ancient form of Guided Sleep Meditation. A two hour practice restores the mind and body to the equivalent of a FULL 8 hours worth of sleep and can dramatically reduce the effects of stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Accompanied by the healing power of sound, you'll be invited to surrender into vibration as layers of tone and resonance expand your awareness and drop you into a deep and powerful meditative state.

The combination of Yoga Nidra and crystalline frequencies, grounding earth tones, and intuitive vocal soundscapes creates the natural conditions in the body for deep healing, transformation, renewal, and rest.

This journey weaves meditation with voice alchemy, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and a combination of other shamanic and sound healing instruments, into a rich tapestry of vibration, designed to clear the energy field and bring the body, mind, and spirit back into balance and harmony.

FAQs

Workshop and event bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer make it, and you let us know with at least 48 hours notice, we will credit you by way of an account balance that you can use towards future purchases or bookings.

You may wish to bring a bottle of water with you. Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

We have a no mobile phone policy in class and we remove shoes before entering the main studio. Barefoot is best but you are welcome to wear socks.

Teacher What does Yoga mean to you?

Yoga to me is the ultimate self care, time to myself to switch off, reconnect & give my mind a rest from the daily overload, knowing that I’m doing the best for my body, mind and soul simultaneously.

How would you describe your style of Yoga?

My style of yoga is a mixture of dynamic flowing movement and relaxing restorative postures & practices. I make sure every one of my classes is a luxury experience, incorporating essential oils, gentle assists/ massage and engaging music to ignite the senses, allowing my students to fully immerse into the moment.

What is your favourite Yoga pose and why?

My favourite yoga pose is SAVASANA!! The juicy conclusion of a great practice and ultimate relaxation position.

An interesting/quirky fact about yourself and your experience?

I spent 3 years teaching yoga around the world, ending up assisting at the international yoga festival in India where I got the honour of meeting the Dali Lama.
