HYPNO- SOMATICS: Releasing Stress at the Root.

with Maddy Jones

Description

HYPNO-SOMATICS: Releasing stress at the root

Join Maddy and Poppy for this powerful journey through the depths of the body and mind to release habitual stress patterns at the root.

Poppy will begin by guiding you through transformative somatic movement, breathwork and fascia release designed to reset the body at a deep physiological level. Working with the fascia as an interconnected, intelligent system, this practice helps unravel long-held tension, disrupting old stress patterns and restoring natural fluidity in the body. As the tissues open and the nervous system recalibrates, you'll feel a stronger sense of clarity, spaciousness and grounded presence from the inside out.

Maddy will close the practice by taking you on a journey through hypnosis and sound healing, accessing the depths of the subconscious mind to uncover and re-programme the habitual patterns that keep you stuck in a loop of stress responses, reactions and habits. The power of the crystal bowls, gongs and other sound healing instruments clear the energetic field and restore natural energetic flow, regulating the nervous system, inducing a deep meditative state of relaxation and integrating this new frequency and state of being into your cells.

A total re-charge of body, mind and spirit and a re-calibration of habitual stress patterns.

A calmer, clearer more centred and peaceful version of you emerges with long lasting effects.
