Mindful Morning: Yoga And Breakfast Community Gathering

Start your morning with movement, mindfulness, and community at our Yoga for Mental Health Awareness event.

We will meet at New Energy Yoga Studio at 7:00am before walking together to Abbey Gardens at 7:30am for the class. If you do not have your own yoga mat, mats will be available to borrow from the studio before we head over.

The session will begin promptly at 7:30am and will include a Vinyasa Yoga Flow session followed by a 15-minute guided meditation.

In the event of unsuitable weather, the class will instead be hosted indoors at New Energy Yoga Studio on Parchment Street. If this change is necessary, all ticket holders will be notified 1-2 days before the event.

Your ticket includes:

• A Vinyasa Yoga Flow session

• A 15-minute guided meditation

• Breakfast provided by General Store

During checkout, you will be asked to select your preferred breakfast items. Please also let us know of any allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements, or drink preferences (hot or iced), and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

This event has been created to raise awareness and support for mental health. A portion of every ticket sold will be donated to Winchester Youth Counselling. Members of the Winchester Youth Counselling team will also be attending the event and will be available to speak with anyone who would like to learn more about their work and the support they provide within the community.

FAQs

Workshop and event bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer make it, and you let us know with at least 48 hours notice, we will credit you by way of an account balance that you can use towards future purchases or bookings.

You may wish to bring a bottle of water with you. Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

We have a no mobile phone policy in class and we remove shoes before entering the main studio. Barefoot is best but you are welcome to wear socks.
