We are excited to announce that New Energy Yoga will soon be opening a brand new studio in Southampton!

It is located a one-minute walk from West Quay and the high street. Making it easy and convenient to fit a class into your day.

As somebody who already attends classes at Winchester, you will be able to use your existing class credits in Southampton too! Giving you the flexibility to use both locations interchangeably.

Offering a comprehensive schedule of Yoga and Pilates classes in our beautiful new studio space, we will have something for everyone. You will see some familiar faces popping up on the timetable, along with some new additions.

We will also be offering a comprehensive schedule of workshops, courses and special events. Can't make the date in Winchester? Pop down to Southampton instead!
