Kundalini Yoga for Clarity and Circulation

with Laura Coleman

Description

As the seasons change, we can feel sluggish or like things are moving too fast. This 2 hour workshop will help you shift into alignment so you can lean into Autumn feeling calm and clear. You will leave the session feeling clear, balanced and ready to handle the challenges of daily life.

Kundalini Yoga addresses body and mind. On a physical level we'll work with the energy flow of your body and mentally we will clear the clutter. You'll be guided through an intentional sequence (knows as 'Kriya' or 'complete action') which is designed to deliver specific systemic shifts.

As we blend breath, movement and stillness in precise ways, you'll experience a shift in energy and awareness that will create positive shifts off the mat (where you need it most!).

No experience is needed: the foundations of Kundalini will be covered in the session. This practice is designed to be grounding and practical to fit the reality of modern life.

The session will finish with a restorative sound bath with Himalayan singing bowls for deeper integration of the energy we have cultivated in the practice.

This session is for you if:

* You are at any stage of your yoga journey and curious about what Kundalini has to offer

* You want to glide into autumn feeling aligned and clear

* You want to experience how you can influence and change the patterns that drive your stress, tension and habitual responses

This workshop is not suitable during pregnancy.
