Lunar Moon Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath

with Maddy Jones

Description

Under the Lunar Supermoon: A once-in-a-lunar-moon evening of Yoga Nidra andamp; Sound Healing

This November, the last full moon of autumn rises as a Supermoon, appearing larger and brighter than any other this year. We invite you to gather "beneath it in our Lunar Studio" for a special edition: a deeply restorative evening where ancient wisdom meets modern wellbeing.

As the season turns towards winter, the full moon is traditionally a time to release what no longer serves us and make space for renewal. This evening is your invitation to do exactly that: let go, slow down and reset before the darker months.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient form of guided sleep meditation. Often described as one of the most restful practices there is, it guides you into a state between waking and sleep where the body can fully let go, helping to ease stress, quieten a busy mind and support better sleep.

Alongside it, you'll be invited to surrender into sound. Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, grounding earth tones, intuitive vocal soundscapes weave together into a rich tapestry of vibration, drawing you deeper into stillness and bringing body, mind and spirit back into balance.

Whether you're seeking relaxation, energetic alignment or simply a soulful reset, this journey offers a safe, nurturing space to leave stress and tension behind, reconnect with yourself, and step into winter feeling lighter, clearer and deeply replenished.
