Psy = Mind. Soma = Body
Join Suki for a PSY-SOMA experience where she will infuse her love for breathing and passion for music, to take you on a magical journey of self-discovery against a soundscape of deeply immersive and eclectic music.
PSY-SOMA breathwork is a powerful blend of rebirthing and holotropic breathing with verbal guidance rooted in neuroscience and somatic psychotherapy. It is highly experiential and embodied, allowing somatic processing of energy, emotions and stories that have long been held in the body.
We will be breathing in a deep and circular pattern, flooding the mind-body system with life force energy; combined with evocative music to facilitate altered states of consciousness and self-exploration
Our breath is the fundamental healer in altering our life experience. When we loosen our minds grip and process what is held in our body, we begin to heal physical, emotional, and spiritual ailments, and feel more gratitude, connection, and creativity.
After the breathing session, there will be a period of relaxation and integration followed by a sharing circle and Q and A.
