Yoga Intensive (6 week course)

This 6-week yoga intensive is designed to deepen your practice by focusing on key areas such as hip openers, back bends, arm balances and handstands.

Each week, you'll engage in yoga movements and in targeted non-yoga movements to build strength and enhance flexibility, preparing your body for advanced poses.

Expect a dynamic and evolving curriculum with each week offering a unique focus but maintaining consistent themes.

In addition to a regular handstand practice you will engage in dedicated sessions for breathing techniques and meditation to support and enhance your progress throughout the 6-week journey. These practices are designed to complement your yoga work, fostering both physical and mental well-being as you advance in your practice.

This detailed program offers a structured approach to mastering advanced yoga poses while building a solid foundation through targeted strength and flexibility training.

Each week builds upon the last, ensuring continuous progress and personalisation.

You don't need to be an advanced yogi to take part, it is all about improvement from the level you are at!

This course starts on Sunday 22nd September and ends on Sunday 27th October.

My classes mirror my creative flair and the ongoing evolution of my personal yoga journey.

Meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, and a yogic lifestyle are integral to my being, having healed from depression through yoga.

My strong spiritual practice is infused in my teaching.

I'm here to guide you connect with your inner intelligence, your inner light so that you can navigate life guided by your best self and shine your brightest.
