Iyengar Yoga Series for March

Join renowned Iyengar specialist, Rachel Lovegrove, for our exclusive series of Iyengar Yoga classes throughout the month of March.

These will take place on Monday mornings at 11:30am.

Designed for all levels, this four-session series will give you a thorough foundation in asana (yoga postures) from the ground up and introduce you to working in harmony with your body's natural alignment, whilst making your body stronger, firmer, and more mobile.

Iyengar Yoga is aimed at all levels of ability. It is a practice renowned for its emphasis on precision, alignment and awareness of the physical body. Those with joint or muscles problems and other ailments will be catered for.

All levels are welcome, including beginners.

Important: this class is not suitable during pregnancy.
