We have some new additions to our March class timetable which has just been released, along with some changes to our regular timings.
For you early-risers, Miriam Watson has a new Early Morning Flow on Monday’s at 7:15am - 8am. This complements her existing Early Morning Flow on Thursdays at the same time.
"Start your week with a dynamic early morning practice, a beautiful start of a beautiful day! With love and care, we will wake up each joint and muscle of the body, enhance the flow of circulation and boost the immune system. Breathing techniques and a short meditation to build inner peace and get ready for any adventures of the day ahead. For those who have more time, there are extra 15 minutes in the end for inversions and important relaxation. All levels are welcome."
Saturday morning has a brand-new Warm Hatha Flow with Jamie John at 8:45am to 9:45am.
”Traditional Hatha postures are linked together to form a slow, mindful flow. Jamie will guide you in his signature way with clear and concise instruction to lengthen and elongate muscles, creating a lithe and supple body. Heated to 28.C this class is described as warm, enabling you to reap all the wellness benefits of infra-red heat without the intensity of classic Hot Yoga. Tension will slip away in this gorgeous and inclusive practice. Suitable for all abilities including beginners.”
We have also had plenty of requests for a mid-week morning Hot class which we are working on and hope to have confirmed for you soon!
