In Memory of Daphne Bath

We are deeply saddened by the loss of much beloved yoga teacher, Daphne Bath.

She has been a dear friend, and colleague, to us all here since we first opened, and her infectious love and passion for yoga is a big reason why we are here today.

Not only has Daphne been an integral part of our journey, she has been a huge inspiration to all who attended her classes. Her heartfelt teachings have touched countless numbers of people, and inspired them to practice yoga.

I know a great many of our community share wonderful memories of time spent with her, and overwhelmingly speak of her kind and giving nature.

It is testament to her character, that when faced with her own health challenges, she remained a beacon of support and positivity to all who knew her.

Daphne remains a much loved member of the team, and shall never be forgotten.

Such a very special lady who took us 'up the wall' and and 'round in a twist' so many times. Will miss her calm and generous teachings. My love to her family. I feel lucky to have known her. Jeanne xx

Oh how sad! I'd been to a few of her classes and always remembered her as being not only highly skilful but also very nurturing in her teaching. No doubt...exactly as she was in her normal life. It will be very sad not to see her smiley face around. Many condolences to you all.

I am so sad to hear this news. Daphne was the first person I ever did yoga with and she was fantastic. So encouraging and inspiring. Thank you Daphne for all the good you put out into the world. You will be very missed. 🕊💕

I'm deeply saddened. Daphne you will live on in so many people, so much of who I am today I owe to you. You were my first yoga teacher and we stayed together for many years. 'Legs up the wall' and 'throw away your chairs', your favourite meal was a good breakfast and you always brought us back to the breath. I taught you about colouring mandalas and you taught me yoga. I'll never forget you dear friend. Namaste 🙏

I am so sad to read this but I know Daphne would tell me to 'water the flowers' and be positive so I am also so happy to have known her. Such a beautiful lady, inside and out. Daphne I will sit on the floor more and think of you every time I do. Sleep well dear friend.

Oh I am so sad to hear this. Daphne helped my mum and myself so much when dad was dying of cancer. She was amazing. So full of sparkle and mischief and so kind. I am so sad to hear this. Please pass on my condolences to her husband who was also so lovely. I have a heavy heart ❤️
