I lead workshops, retreats and trainings all over the world and teach with a clear purpose, clarity in the details and with utmost duty of care to my students.
My teaching is known for it's intense commitment to learning, combined with humour, warmth and loving kindness.
I am a mother of two wonderful boys, one of whom has ASD and ADHD. This has inspired me to also provide dedicated courses, retreats and workshops for parents of children with special needs.
My hope is to guide people to cultivate more depth of self-awareness and become better, happier versions of themselves through passing forward all that has helped me from this amazing world of Yoga.An interesting/quirky fact about yourself and your experience?
I have published and featured in various magazines including Elephant Journal, Expat Living and YogiTimes. I teach on Yoga International and now based in Winchester after thirty years in Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Spain and Singapore.A quote that means something to you?
