I teach Vinyasa, alignment based Hatha and Yin Yoga.
Each class is different and I try to teach with a clear purpose, clarity in the details and with duty of care to my students.
Yoga is already hard enough, so I endeavour to cue with precision and give options to regress or progress poses so people a choice to make poses more accessible or challenging.
Depending on the class style, I also like to add in themes and stories relating to Yogic texts relevant to modern life to add some spice to the learning.
My hope is to guide people to cultivate more depth of self-awareness and become better, happier versions of themselves, passing on all that has helped me from this amazing world of Yoga.
