With a strong passion for health and wellness, my goal is to support my clients in feeling their best. Using the mind-body connection, my classes aim to provide a safe and mindful environment, where people can get the most out of their workout, whilst focusing on the key Pilates principals of breathing, concentration, control, centring, precision and flow.
I qualified in Level 3 Mat Pilates after falling in love with the classic Pilates method when I was searching for an alternative form of movement to my usual high intensity workouts. I fell in love with Pilates because you can get fantastic results, improving physique, core strength and posture, whilst being kind to your body through low impact movement.
Working with all levels from beginner to advanced, my classes offer a range of exercises to suit everyone.
