From ballet studios and stages to clubs and festival fields, any dance floor feels like home to me. Body awareness and adoring the experience of movement led me to Yoga, which gave me an intentional, calm way to move and breathe.
I have had the honour of sharing this practice across many land and sea since my training in Thailand 2018. My classes pivot around the rhythm of the breath, and shift in energy aligning with the seasons and elements, as we are a part of (and deeply entwined with) nature.
