During this workshop you will be using your five senses to activate and balance each of your main 7 energy centres, also known as Chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown).
This 2.5 hour session combines a range of techniques including somatic movements, restorative yoga, emotional freedom techniques (EFT), breath work, visualisation, and yoga Nidra; helping your Chakras to align, promoting deep relaxation and self-care.
By aligning your chakras, you might feel an enhancement of physical well-being, emotional stability, and mental clarity, leading to a more harmonious life.
