Deborah connects breath work with anatomy (especially diaphragm, fascia) and nervous system regulation

This workshop is for anyone but especially people dealing with pain or chronic conditions, anyone wanting to deepen the body-breath connection.

The workshop offers step‑by‑step techniques and practices around breathing, movement, rolling (self‑massage).

Training and competing for Long jump and Triple jump has given me experience in dynamic warm ups, sprint drills, plyometrics, core stability, interval training and weight lifting. So if you’re ready to put a stop to nagging aches and pains, eliminate the mobility restrictions keeping you from performing your best and stop worrying that you’ll have to give up your favourite activities as you get older, or even if you just want to get stronger and more resilient for every day life or to push your limits and break your PB, I can help.

I provide personalised training and will design workouts tailored to your goals, fitness level, and health concerns. This ensures a safe and effective exercise plan. I also provide guidance for workouts at home. Specialised training is available for those with specific goals or health issues, offering targeted support for medical conditions or injury recovery. The variety and creativity prevents boredom from settling in and challenges you to reach your full potential.

Assisted Stretch

Fascia stretching involves elongating your body's connective tissue layers, promoting flexibility and joint health. It can totally transform your suffering from joint pain! I am a qualified practitioner in assisted stretching technique and have helped many people overcome pain that doctors thought impossible.
