Radical Well-Being: A Somatic Journey Through Fascia, Breath

with Poppy Koumis

Radical Well-Being: A Somatic Journey Through Fascia, Breath and Movement.

In this workshop, we will dive into the practice of radical well-being through a powerful blend of fascial manoeuvres, breath work, meditation, somatic movement, and yoga.

Fascial manoeuvres are gentle yet deeply effective techniques that work with the connective tissue of the body-helping to unwind stress, release tension, and reset the nervous system.

Through this transformative practice, we open the door to greater freedom of movement, emotional clarity, and a profound sense of inner calm. When the body is no longer holding onto layers of stress, we make space for the feel-good hormones to flow, for grounded presence to return, and for the simple joy of feeling well in ourselves to arise naturally.

Not suitable during pregnancy.

Meet Poppy

Poppy is a yoga and movement teacher with over a decade of experience, known for her grounded, heart-led approach. Originally trained in traditional Hatha yoga, she has since completed further studies in yoga therapy for women’s health, somatic movement, and fascial maneuvers. Her teaching is shaped by a deep interest in how we can support and transform our health through embodied practices—something she’s explored personally while navigating her own health journey.

Poppy has taught in studios and retreat centres in the UK and internationally, including several years at a retreat centre in Lombok, Indonesia. Now based in Frome, Somerset, she runs regular sold-out workshops and classes that offer space for release, restoration, and reconnection. Her classes blend breath, movement, and stillness to support deep nervous system regulation and lasting well-being.
