PSY means Mind. SOMA means Body.
There is a magic that happens when we show up to breath - breathe, and come back to ourselves.
At first, we arrive a little shy, a little guarded - and by the end of the session something softens and ignites our life force energy. We leave lighter, clearer, and more connected - not just to ourselves, but to each other.
PSY SOMA Breathwork is a guided journey that bridges the mind and body. Through breathing, music, movement, and supported integration, we create space for old tension to melt away, emotions to move, and the deeper intelligence of the body to come alive.
It is a chance to step out of your busy mind, into your feeling body - and discover how much freedom and vitality are waiting underneath the surface.
Some describe the experience as profound, beautiful, even life-changing - a powerful reminder of the aliveness and wholeness that has always been within.
If you are ready to reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more embodied way, come and join Suki for a transformative afternoon of PSY-SOMA Breath work on Saturday 7th June set to an eclectic, uplifting soundscape.
PSY means Mind. SOMA means Body.
How big would you dream if you knew you couldn't fail?
