Your fascia is the most intelligent system in your body-connecting muscles, tendons, ligaments, and organs. It communicates at the speed of light, with more nerve endings than the brain, and plays a key role in holding onto emotions, stress, and trauma. By reprogramming the fascia, you can transform not only your physical health but also your mental and emotional state.

In this workshop, Poppy will guide you through fascial maneuvers and somatic movement exercises specifically designed to release tension and restore balance. Stress is the root cause of many health issues, but with the right tools, healing is within your reach.

Meet Poppy


Poppy has been teaching yoga for almost seven years, in studios and retreat centres in the UK and Indonesia. She taught her very first yoga class here at New Energy Yoga! Her own experience of yoga has been deeply healing and restorative for both body and mind. She teaches heart-led yoga practices with a focus on breathwork, allowing for deep releases of physical and mental tension.

Further training in yoga therapy for women’s health and somatic movement has deepened her understanding of yoga’s ability to heal. Most recently she has become a mother to Rafi and currently lives in Frome, Somerset.
