Mobilise, Stretch and Recover
A recovery session for gym goers, athletes, and anyone who has been physically active recently. This workshop is designed to create mobility, flexibility and openness as well as releasing deep tightness around the body. Movements and stretches will target all the major muscle groups in both the upper and lower parts of the body.
This workshop is a great complement to any physical activity, with hip openers, back stretches, shoulder releases, hamstring stretches, glute releases and calf stretches - ideal after exercise of any kind. There will be an emphasis on alignment and how to breathe with the stretches.
This workshop will not only significantly increase your body's recovery in between physical acitvity but will greatly support you in all sports and workouts that you partake in.
All levels of experience welcome with modifcations offered.
