Soften into Flow

with Natalie Allen

Join Natalie to begin the new year by exploring a journey into softness through slow, embodied movement and nervous system regulation.

We will build slowly into a rhythmic embodied flow, connecting to the rhythm of the breath, allowing your body to open and release with ease, whilst cultivating a deep sense of presence and inner awareness. Feeling and exploring into intuitive movement and welcoming you to really meet yourself where you are and trusting in the wisdom of your body.

Flowing into softness as we finish with gentle restorative postures allowing the body and mind to fully release and integrate, finally dropping into a deep state of relaxation with the soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls.

Take this opportunity to drop back into your body and heart with softness and intention for the new year ahead.

Please note: this workshop is not suitable during pregnancy.

Meet Natalie

My yoga journey began whilst I was travelling through India; the birth place of yoga, I was curious to what all the fuss was about and took my first ever class on a rooftop in Rajasthan.

Movement has always been a big part of my life, however yoga had me hooked from the positive effects it had on both my mind and body on and off the mat.

As I dived deeper into my yoga practice I started noticing small changes within myself... how yoga made me feel, how my perspective changed towards situations and how it set me up to make the most of my day ahead.

I decided to revisit India to complete my first Yoga training, and since taken a second training in the Magical place of Bali.

Yoga has taught me so much and I aim to share and help others experience the benefits and blissfulness that yoga has to offer.

My classes will focus on creating a deep inner awareness as we move through a fun, fluid, creative flow. Allowing you to fully embody the movement and stay present throughout.
