Drawing on newly learned science from my training as a Yoga therapist alongside a decade of teaching Yoga asana, it gives me great joy to bring an exclusive new workshop offering for 2024.
Using both Yin and Yang Yoga to focus entirely on the hip area we will strengthen and soften the physical body whilst tuning into the hippocampus.
A blend of therapeutic hip opening and breathwork, using Yoga as a tool for buffering the brain against stress and helping to regulate the autonomic nervous system. This workshop ends with a calming, restorative meditation.
This workshop is suitable for everyone; all bodies and brains.
