Divided between the conscious and subconscious mind...
The conscious mind dictates the now - what we are consciously aware of, remember, know and feel in the moment.
The subconscious mind works in the background, storing our learned beliefs, values and behaviours. It determines the perception of our memories and subsequently our reality.
Often, we are completely unaware of the enormous role the subconscious mind plays in our day to day life. Left unchecked and unmanaged the mind has the ability to spiral out of control, creating all manner of problems, such as stress, anxiety and even depression.
Each session in this series will develop awareness of your own mind, understanding where your subconscious thoughts, beliefs and behaviours may be holding you back and learning mindful tools and exercises to apply to daily life.
Taking our mind magic to the next step in the second of our series - you will learn mindful tools to create a deeper level of confidence in yourself and how you manage your mind.
Going away with practices that you can come back to anytime you need, to maintain an unshakeable and sustainable foundation of self-esteem and self-assurance.
