Explore modern Ayurveda yoga, also known as the 'science of life', and one of the world's most ancient health and wellbeing systems.
As we move out of the fiery Pitta energy of Summer towards the cooler, drier energy of Vata, the Autumn season, we will begin to notice a subtle difference in how we are feeling. The transition between these seasons can sometimes be erratic and can require some love and attention.
Join Lu on a journey of self care, wellbeing and wisdom using this ancient system of Ayurveda to help guide you through Autumn. You will discover how to navigate your way through the cooler and drier months that lay ahead, whilst learning how to best care for yourself using ancient Ayurveda principles and methods, such as daily rituals, breathing techniques and balancing foods.
We will conclude with a soothing and grounding yoga practice and meditation. This workshop is suitable for all.
