We have listened to your requests for more morning Hot Yoga classes and are delighted to offer you another opportunity to join us in our Infrared heated Lunar studio on Monday mornings!
Jade is looking forward to you joining her for this fun but challenging Vinyasa class, helping you to kick off the week with energising Yoga and great playlist tunes, leaving you feeling strong, refreshed and ready for whatever the week brings!
Tuesday 9:45am - Uplifting Yoga with Emily
Each 75-minute class begins with a thread of yoga philosophy, offered in a way that feels relevant, grounding, and quietly thought-provoking. It sets the tone for the practice ahead, inviting a shift not just in the body, but in perspective.
From there, breath becomes the bridge. Simple, effective pranayama practices are woven in to soothe the nervous system, steady the mind, and create a sense of inner spaciousness that carries through the whole class.
The heart of the session is a 40-minute, beginner-friendly flow-uplifting in both energy and intention.
Wednesday 7:30pm - Hot Fusion: One Movement with Benedita
A beautiful opportunity to step into the heat midweek and experience a fresh, dynamic approach to movement.
Rooted in sensation and flow, this class invites you to explore new patterns, build strength and mobility, and deepen your awareness in a completely different way, all while staying connected to the energy you already know and love.
If you’ve been thinking about adding another class into your week, this is your invitation.
Thursday 11am - Gentle Yoga with Yvon
slow, mindful movements and steady postures without frequent and fast transitions from standing to seated movements.
This style is ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a calming , meditative practice that nurtures and focuses on body awareness and avoids the exertion of fast transitions.
Fridays 5:30pm - Meditation and Sound Healing with Maddy
Step into a candlelit sanctuary of stillness and serenity.
Soothing guided meditations in the form of Yoga Nidra, hypnosis and affirmations ease you into a deep state of relaxation, washing away the day whilst immersing in the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls.
This class is designed to calm the nervous system, release physical, mental and emotional tension and restore harmony to body and mind.
