  • Stiff Guy YogaWednesday, 20:00–20:50
    Specifically designed for men who feel inflexible—this class is tailored to help you move better, without pressure to be "bendy."
  • Hatha YogaFriday, 11:30–12:30
    A balanced, accessible practice focused on strength, breath and body awareness.
  • Hatha StretchSaturday, 10:00–11:00
    Ease into your weekend with a relaxing, full-body stretch.
