Our sister company, New Energy Fitness, has a team of Massage Therapists at the gym to help relieve stiff and sore muscles and leave you feeling looser and more flexible.

Offering Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage and Fascia Stretching, the gym is a short 5 minute walk away from the studio and you can expect the same friendly welcome you get when you come to see us 😊

We can help you to reduce your risk of injury, improve your recovery time post-workout, enable you to exercise more frequently, and make sure any little tweaks or niggles don’t turn into something bigger that impacts your day-to-day living.

You don’t need to be a member of the gym, you can simply book online and turn up!

With an experienced team of therapists, we have availability 7 days a week.
