What's New at the Studio in Feb

With January over and the days getting longer, spring doesn't feel so far away. With longer days and more sunlight, we may start to feel more energised and have a bit more time to focus on new endeavours and try new things. The start of February brings some fresh faces and new classes to our timetable at New Energy Yoga which could be a good place to start!

Natalie's Wake Up Yoga Flow will now take place on Thursday mornings from 08:00-08:45.

"Join Natalie for an awakening Yoga class, designed to stretch and open your body, energising you for the day ahead!"

Our new yoga teacher, Sally Say will be bringing you a Friday morning Vinyasa from 09:30-10:30.

"A dynamic fun flow that links the breath and the body bringing both the elements of strength and softness together.

The creative flow brings one posture into the next, building heat and space within the body. Leave feeling energised yet calmer and always with a sense of fulfilment."

Saturday's Beginners Yoga at 11:15-12:15 will now be taken by Yvon Eggen.

"With a welcoming atmosphere, this class is designed to make you feel instantly at ease as you step into our studio. This is the perfect place to take your first class, or you may be looking to back to the mat after some time away.

You will be introduced to the basic yoga poses commonly used in our weekly timetabled yoga classes. This allows you to become more familiar with yoga terminology, whether you are a complete beginner or have not practised for some time."

A new Pilates teacher will be joining us, Kathleen Brenner.

Expect strong classes designed to challenge, but with an energetic outlook, you'll be sure to have some fun and leave the class feeling fulfilled. Kathleen will be covering classes but keep an eye out for a more permanent spot on the timetable.

We also have lots of exciting workshops running through February and March so be sure to check those out.

We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
